Cancellation Policy
NBCC Venue – Booking Policy This Booking Policy protects New Beginnings Christian Church, NBCC Venue, its staff, and all parties using the facility. By booking, the Renter/Host agrees to all terms below. 1. Reservations & Payments A deposit is required to reserve your date. Deposit amounts vary based on event type and hall size. All deposits are non-refundable. In some cases, deposits may be transferred once to a future date if the request is made more than 14 days before the event. Remaining rental balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before the event. Failure to pay may result in cancellation and loss of deposit. 2. Event Time, Setup & Cleanup Your rental includes the approved event hours plus 1 hour for setup and 30–45 minutes for teardown. Additional time must be requested in advance and may result in extra charges. Exceeding scheduled time will result in overtime fees. 3. Responsibility for Damages The Renter/Host is fully responsible for all damages caused by themselves, guests, children, decorators, vendors, or anyone associated with the event. Any broken items, stains, misuse of property, or failure to follow rules will result in repair, replacement, or cleaning charges. NBCC Venue may bill the card on file for damages or unpaid balances. 4. Liability & Safety NBCC Venue and New Beginnings Christian Church are not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss of personal property, or vehicle damage. The Renter assumes all liability for guests and activities. Staff instructions must be followed at all times. 5. Rules & Conduct No alcohol, smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are allowed on church property. Music and noise must remain respectful. Children must be supervised at all times. Decorations must not damage walls, floors, or equipment. Violations may result in event termination without refund. 6. Cleaning Requirements Renter must place trash in designated bins, wipe tables, sweep floors, and remove all belongings. Failure to clean properly may result in a cleaning fee. 7. Cancellations Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may transfer the deposit once. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full rental amount. 8. Agreement By booking, you acknowledge responsibility for your event and authorize NBCC Venue to charge applicable fees for damages, overtime, or policy violations.
