NBCC Venue Privacy Policy
Effective: August 1, 2025
NBCC Venue, operated by New Beginnings Christian Church, is a nonprofit event venue located in Mesa, Arizona. As part of our services, we create and manage webpages and produce and utilize communications, marketing materials, and social media posts containing Linked Pages for advertisement, promotional, informational, and other purposes, including Marketing Materials. Our privacy policy is as follows:
PRIVACY POLICY
1. What is this Privacy Policy About?
1.1. NBCC Venue (we, us, or our) recognizes the importance of protecting your privacy.
1.2. This Privacy Policy describes how we will treat the Personal Information that we collect about you.
1.3. Unless noted in the Privacy Policy Exceptions section, we abide by the California Online Privacy Protection Act, the CAN-SPAM Act, and other applicable U.S. laws and regulations.
1.4. “Personal Information” refers to any name, address, email, phone number, date of birth, Social Security number, or other identifiable information that could allow a consumer to be contacted physically or online.
1.5. By providing us with Personal Information, you consent to its use and disclosure as outlined in this Privacy Policy.
1.6. This Privacy Policy does not apply:
(a) to corporate/business information unless it identifies a person;
(b) when you access third-party websites through links from our Sites or Marketing Materials;

7.1–7.3 remain the same — NBCC Venue implements security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection due to the nature of the internet.
8. Privacy Policy Exceptions (Aligned With NBCC Venue)
8.1. NBCC Venue is committed to serving the community; however, we must also protect our staff, volunteers, church members, venue clients, contractors, and partners. Therefore, our handling of Personal Information does NOT fall under this Privacy Policy if the information originates from any communication—via any method—that includes abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, or hostile content directed toward NBCC Venue or anyone associated with it.
Such communications may be retained indefinitely (“until the second coming of Jesus Christ”), and may be used for:
• legal prosecution,
• public notice or disclosure,
• locating individuals involved,
• or other protective measures, including ministry outreach.
By sending such communication, you agree to hold NBCC Venue and all associated parties harmless for any actions arising from how this information is stored, used, or disclosed.
8.2. Simplified: If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.

9. Access, Correction, and Removal

12. Governing Law & Indemnification
By using our Sites or submitting Personal Information, you agree to hold NBCC Venue, New Beginnings Christian Church, and all partners, agents, affiliates, licensors, and associates harmless for any use, collection, or disclosure of your Personal Information as outlined in this policy.
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any disputes will be handled in Maricopa County, Arizona.
