Cancellation Policy

Table & Chair Rental Policy New Beginnings Christian Church** Rental Rates (24-Hour Period) Chairs: $2.50 each Tables: $20.00 each Delivery Fee: Additional (based on distance and quantity) 1. Deposit & Reservation A deposit is required to reserve tables and chairs. Deposit is non-refundable if any equipment is damaged, lost, or not returned. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid. 2. Liability & Responsibility New Beginnings Christian Church and its representatives are not responsible for: Accidents Injuries Property damage Loss or theft of personal items The Renter assumes full responsibility for all rented equipment during the entire rental period. 3. Condition of Equipment Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received—clean, undamaged, and free of debris. If equipment is returned dirty, a cleaning fee may be charged (typically $25–$75 depending on severity). The renter must inspect items at pickup/delivery; after that, the renter accepts the equipment as-is. 4. Damage, Loss, or Missing Items If any tables or chairs are: Lost Damaged Broken Not returned The renter will be charged full replacement cost: Estimated Replacement Costs Standard Plastic Chair: $25–$45 each Resin/Padded Chair: $45–$65 each Folding Table: $90–$150 each These costs will be automatically deducted from the deposit, with the renter responsible for any remaining balance. 5. Late Returns Rentals are for 24 hours unless otherwise stated. A late fee of 25% of the rental total per additional day will apply. After 72 hours late, the renter may be charged full replacement cost. 6. Delivery & Pickup Delivery fees depend on: Distance Quantity Setup/tear-down needs Delivery includes drop-off only unless setup service is added. Renter must be present at delivery and pickup or designate a responsible adult. 7. Setup & Breakdown (Optional Add-On) Setup and breakdown services are available for an additional fee. If the renter sets up equipment, they assume full responsibility for safe and proper use. 8. Weather & Outdoor Use Tables and chairs may be used outdoors; however: Do not leave equipment in rain or storms. Do not leave items unattended in public parks or open spaces. Water damage, rust, or sun warping will be treated as damage. 9. Identification Requirement A valid government-issued ID is required for all rentals. Name on the ID must match the rental agreement and payment method. 10. Payment Terms All balances must be paid before pickup or delivery
